About

I am a licensed architect from Italy with a solid experience about creating solutions for cities and housing spaces, and with an eye on the context of the Nordic Countries. Indeed I have lived and worked in Finland between 2013 and 2021 and there I could develop planning- and detailed planning projects with local and international practitioners, as well as with public administrations.

My strong interest in urban design and city planning led me to continue my academic path and completing the doctoral studies in urban planning in 2017.

My work focuses on the design of housing units in new and existing contexts; of the interaction between landscape and infrastructures; the design of public spaces and facilities as tools to increase urban and social quality in cities.

I am experienced in participatory design, having taken part in projects and workshops with local and international teams, in Italy and Finland alike. Additionally, I worked for several publications in the field of architecture, urban planning and photography, curating the writing as well as graphic and visual aspects.
